potential compliants and legal proceedings.

When I share data with others, I put contractual arrangements and security mechanisms in place to protect your data. I use third parties located in other countries to help me run my business. As a result, personal data may be transferred outside the country where I am located. This includes countries outside the European Union ("EU").
Retention
Personal data processed is kept by me for as long as is considered necessary for the purpose for which it was collected (including as required by applicable law or regulation). In the absence of specific legal, regulatory or contractual requirements, my retention policy period for personal data created during your engagement is 7 years.Your information is securely stored for this period after which it will be shredded.
